"Mr Ryan, First, thank you so much for your complaint. I take customer service very seriously and I greatly appreciate you taking the time to let me know of a communication breakdown in my office. When something goes wrong, we meet as a team to review and figure out what happened and what process we need to fix to improve this situation going forward. I did try and call you to get more details but was not able to reach you before I responded. What I think happened is that you called and got my answering service. I hire an answering service so that when people call they get a live person if my team is all on the phone. The answering service then emails your message to my service team. The service team is to call back everyone the same day. I don't believe you got your call back. The next day you called back, and got our team, who processed your change. What they did not do is delete the message. Then a few days latter my customer care team member called back twice, not realizing you were already taken care of. I absolutely understand how this would create concern. My team and I met and worked together to understand what happend and have implemented new process so that this does not happen in the future. My most sincere apology for this and thank you again for letting me know. Regarding missing our appointment a couple of years ago. It is inexcusable. I messed up my calendar, and did not keep my promise, which I also take very seriously. My policy is if I miss an appointment, I send a gift card. This is a newer policy, and you may not have gotten one, and gotten proper acknowledgement of my error. I will correct this situation. If you would like to provide further feedback, I welcome it.
