"The support staff at this agency is so abysmal and incompetent that I will be contacting State Farm to transfer to another agency. You call regarding a change to your policy and the person who answers the call has no clue what you’re talking about. Someone will call me back. Crickets. I call the next day and the person who answers the phone assists me. Nearly a week after my initial call, I get a call from someone who stated that they’re going through the call records and discovered my initial inquiry that they failed to acknowledge. Years ago, we had an appointment with the principal who failed to show up at the appointed time. Enough is enough. Time for a new agent!"

"Mr Ryan, First, thank you so much for your complaint. I take customer service very seriously and I greatly appreciate you taking the time to let me know of a communication breakdown in my office. When something goes wrong, we meet as a team to review and figure out what happened and what process we need to fix to improve this situation going forward. I did try and call you to get more details but was not able to reach you before I responded. What I think happened is that you called and got my answering service. I hire an answering service so that when people call they get a live person if my team is all on the phone. The answering service then emails your message to my service team. The service team is to call back everyone the same day. I don't believe you got your call back. The next day you called back, and got our team, who processed your change. What they did not do is delete the message. Then a few days latter my customer care team member called back twice, not realizing you were already taken care of. I absolutely understand how this would create concern. My team and I met and worked together to understand what happend and have implemented new process so that this does not happen in the future. My most sincere apology for this and thank you again for letting me know. Regarding missing our appointment a couple of years ago. It is inexcusable. I messed up my calendar, and did not keep my promise, which I also take very seriously. My policy is if I miss an appointment, I send a gift card. This is a newer policy, and you may not have gotten one, and gotten proper acknowledgement of my error. I will correct this situation. If you would like to provide further feedback, I welcome it. "I just switched my insurance over to State Farm, and I am extremely pleased to have found a fantastic, kind, very dedicated agent, Rhea Baker! It is very clear to me that Rhea goes the extra mile to take care of her clients. She did my house inspection and gave me some really good tips on things I could do to make my house less accident-prone. Rhea’s staff was excellent and very efficient at processing my application and issuing my policies. Natalie answered my questions, processed my application, and prepared my policies. Brady went over the policies with me and was very thorough in making sure that I was getting the coverage that would best meet my needs. He spent a lot of time with me and very thoughtfully answered all of my questions. While we were still on the phone, he issued my three policies, took payment, and notified my mortgage company. The entire process took only 24 hours, and it was so easy! I feel that I now have much better coverage than I had before, and I know I can call Rhea’s office whenever I have questions, a definite plus!"

"Had some recent calls regarding auto insurance and the interactions and conversations went well. The staff are very polite and helpful. I took one star off because I think one of the calls the representative might have been on speaker or maybe the connection was real bad. She was hard to hear at times. So just make sure telephony devices are always at their best."
